Maybe you should try to find a cleaning position where you don’t have to socialize with people. I’ve worked in management for many years and I know what it’s like but I was nothing but polite when I called and you don’t have patience, you shouldn’t work in a fast paced environment. I’m so glad I was not the one who picked up the order because I do not tolerate disrespect. You are rude and need to be trained on how to speak to people as well as how to obtain an order from a customer. If you don’t like to deal with people, you shouldn’t work in customer service. The tall and young guy who was working with her had to diffuse the ever escalating pointless argument she was provoking and then he personally apologized for her unprofessionalism and said he would be happy to help them. Then when they arrived to pick up the food, it made it 10 times harder and she again had an attitude problem. When I called to order I asked for separate checks which she refused to do and said to just tell her when we got there because it was obviously an inconvenience for her. She had the absolute worst attitude on the phone and in person when my roommate arrived to pick up the food. ONLY BAD REVIEW IS: the customer service I received from Krystal or however you spell it.
